The Enchanted Sea Cottage

Nancy and Greg met while vacationing in Mexico during Spring break. So, it only made sense that they married in a beautiful private home overlooking the beach in Malibu, California.

Their ceremony and reception took place in the expansive grounds of the home, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Since the ceremony and reception took place in the same location, all of the staff quickly transformed the ceremonial site into a beautiful reception area. We pulled it off with flying colors. 🙂

Nancy and her bridesmaids were extremely “diy”. They showed off their talents creating table numbers, escort cards, ceremony programs, including making all of the floral arrangements for the wedding. (I had a small hand in helping with the bouquets) Everything turned out really great!

Here I am meeting the flower girls right before they perform their important role; throwing petals down the aisle. At this moment I bribed (terrible… I know) all of the wee ones telling them that if they tossed all of the petals when they walked down the aisle, there would be a pack of soap bubbles waiting for them on their seats. And as you can see from the picture above; it totally worked! And most importantly, all were happy and that’s all that mattered!

I wish Nancy and Greg all the happiness in life together!
